In 2017 Pam joined Top Agent Tina Caul to grow a sales team and become one of the Top 5 Teams in all of Wake County (Raleigh, Research Triangle Park). Together they grew Caul Group Residential from a team of 3 agents to 15 with a support staff of 6 administrators. In under three years the Team will help over 350 families in 2020 and continue to grow as the #1 team in Western Wake County.

In 2020 while continuing to grow the team, Tina and Pam also set out to grow their firm eXp Realty and were some of the initial influencers growing the firm from #13 to #3 Triangle wide in just over a year. Our mastermind group, Freedom Builders, includes other Top Mega Producers, Marti Hampton and Sharon Evans. Our goal is to grow eXp Realty to the #1 firm in the area by 2021 with a mission of developing the top local real estate mastermind reducing the failure of real estate agents in our industry!
